Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to Southern Ireland and other European destinations may be subject to local customs charges, import taxes, or duties. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for checking their local tariff regulations and for paying any applicable charges upon delivery.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.

🚫 Collection Only Items

Some items, like leisure batteries and gas, can’t be posted and are only available for collection in-store. If you accidentally check out for delivery, we’ll be in touch to arrange pickup instead.
