We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, with tags
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please don’t send items back without requesting a return first, as they won’t be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order on arrival. If there is an issue, contact us straight away so we can help resolve things.

Non-returnable items

We can’t accept returns on:

• Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalised items
  
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
• Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

We’ll confirm once we’ve received and checked your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
