Refunds

We’ll confirm once we’ve received and checked your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Some items, like leisure batteries and gas, can’t be posted and are only available for collection in-store. If you accidentally check out for delivery, we’ll be in touch to arrange pickup instead.
